great access to water park and local eateries

Our stay was fantastic, as we found the hotel to be very clean and nicely updated. It was only a short walk away from Pirates Bay Water Park, perfect for some weekend fun. with a variety of restaurants nearby, like Waffle House just down the street, we had plenty of delicious options to choose from after our city strolls.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and clean, a real plus for a group of us traveling together. Felicity's soft spoken and professional demeanor made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I loved having a mini fridge in the room, making it easy to enjoy late-night snacks.

Spent 2 nights in a King Suite with my kids. The staff was super friendly, especially the night lady. My kids loved the waffles and muffins for breakfast. The room was decent, but the bathroom had a funky smell. Overall, it was a fun stay!

The King Suite with Sofa Bed comes only with a king bed, leaving four guests with limited sleeping options. Additionally, if you're sensitive to noise, the nearby interstate could disrupt your slumber with a constant hum, making it harder to catch some quality Z's. Also, housekeeping could improve, as the sofa bed needed to be made up myself and the mattress was less than inviting.

Now, I gotta mention the elevator was MIA until we checked out, so we were sweating it up those stairs! Plus, the interstate noise was loud enough to compete with a rock concert at times. Not a dealbreaker, but can we get a lil' peace next time?
